PPG-8-Ceteth-20. NIKKOL PBC-44 by NIKKOL GROUP (Nikko Chemicals) acts as a hydrophilic emulsifier, surfactant and solubilizer. It is obtained from the addition of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to higher alcohols. It forms emulsions of good temperature resistance. NIKKOL PBC-44 contains no additives. Used in cosmetic formulations.
