Avena Sativa Oat Oil (100%). Oat Carrier Oil by New Directions Aromatics is carrier oil with light to medium scent of oatmeal. It is used for soothing skin conditions, and is now known to be highly emollient with no dermal irritation and sensitivity. It is rich in antioxidants and tocopherols and has natural emulsifiers. It absorbs slowly, but has a very rich feeling, like liquid silk. It is derived from non-GMO plant material. It contains palmitic acid (14.2-15.2%), oleic acid (39.7-42.9%), linoleic acid (36.0-39.8%), stearic acid (1.5-1.9%) and a-linolenic acid (1.0-1.5%). Oat Carrier Oil is used in lotions, creams and soaps. It is Kosher-, IFRA- and VEGAN-Certified. The shelf life is up to 2 years.
