Blue Lotus LG

Nymphaea coerulea flower extract. Acts as a detoxification and anti-glycation active. The blue lotus contains flavonoids, including kaempferol 3-(2"-acetylrhamnoside) and quercetin 3- (3"-acetylrhamnoside) having anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These compounds bind to sugars in the flower, giving them greater stability. The extract is free of preservatives, impurities and solvent residues. Cosmetics applications include skin care (anti-aging, detox creams), shower gels and body care formulations.
