Salicornia Herbacea Extract. Sea Herb Extract-NS by The Garden of Naturalsolution acts as an antioxidant, skin brightening and slimming agent. It is an extract of the jointed glasswort, salicornia herbacea. It contains methyl 3,5-dicaffeoyl quinate, glucopyranosides, salbiges, echinocystic acid, gypsogenin and pheophorbide A as active compounds. Methyl 3,5-dicaffeoyl quinate inhibits melanin production and tyrosinase activity. Glucopyranosides shows anti-obesity activity via alleviation of lipid accumulation.
