Amodimethicone (and) C11-15 Pareth-7 (and) Laureth-9 (and) Glycerin (and) Trideceth-12. SME253 emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials acts as a conditioning agent. It contains 20% silicone solids with an average particle size of less than 20 nanometers. Its physical and chemical properties have been maximized for uniform deposition, maximum penetration and optimum performance as a conditioner. It provides improved wet and dry combing, lubricity and substantivity. It exhibits formulation flexibility and remains clear upon dilution. Suitable applications include two in one shampoos, leave-on- & rinse-off conditioners, pre-treatment- & clear hair care products. SME253 emulsion complies with regulations of the United States, The European Union, Canada, Japan, Australia, Korea, Philippines, and is registered under the first import regulations of China. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
