Its dual amino and polyether functionality helps afford controlled substantivity, in that the hydrophilic polyether functionality helps the removal of the polymer during repeated usage. Offers sheen/gloss, fly-away, body/manageability, moisturizing properties, wet and dry combability. Used in shampoos and conditioners.
