Sucrose Laurate. SURFHOPE® SE COSME C-1216 by Mitsubishi-Kagaku Foods is a non-ionic, PEG-free emulsifier.

It is ultra-mild and highly pure, and offers excellent tolerance to skins.
It is a strong water binder and bring natural moisturization to the skin.
It amphiphilic character brings excellent emulsifying capacity, both for water in oil and oil in water emulsions.
It can also form concentrated and transparent emulsions.
SURFHOPE® SE COSME C-1216 is used in skin care products and also in sun care, make-up, hair care and cleansing products.
