Isopropyl Palmitate by MakingCosmetics acts as an anti-static-, moisturizing- and wetting agent. It is a multi-functional fatty acid made of the ester of isopropyl alcohol and palmitic acid (derived from renewable vegetable oils). It exhibits excellent emollient and lubricant properties. It is non-tacky, non-oily, fast spreading and shows effective absorption. It is widely used as a fragrance enhancer. Isopropyl Palmitate is used in skin creams, sunscreens, shaving creams, vanishing creams, hair conditioner & shampoos, pre-shaves & aftershaves, bath oils, aerosol antiperspirants and deodorants. It is readily biodegradable and GMO- & preservative-free. It is a vegan certified grade. The shelf life is 24 months.
