Wheatgermamidopropyl Ethyldimonium Ethosulfate (and) Propylene Glycol. Schercoquat™ WOAS-PG quaternary compound by Lubrizol is a light conditioner without build-up. It is derived from natural and mild wheat germ oil. It offers better compatibility with anionic surfactants than with regular quaternaries. Schercoquat™ WOAS-PG quaternary compound is used in hair and skin preparations like clear hair rinses and shampoos.
