Schercoquat™ IALA quaternary compound by Lubrizol is an excellent and versatile water-in-oil & oil-in-water cationic emulsifier for oleic acid, vegetable oil, mineral oil and a variety of solvents. It is a highly effective conditioner, especially in light hair rinses and lotions to condition the skin. Schercoquat™ IALA quaternary compound is used in formulating conditioners.
