Isostearyl Isostearate. Schercemol™ 1818 ester by Lubrizol is a naturally-derived, medium emollient ester, pigment dispersant and slip agent. It is a non-greasy long chain ester exhibiting substantive emolliency and luxurious softness on skin. It imparts excellent slip and sheen and disperses pigments. Schercemol™ 1818 ester is used in eye shadow, lipsticks, greaseless suntan lotions, moisturizing facial creams, fragrance sachets and sun care products. It is approved by Cosmos-Ecocert and China compliant-formerly CFDA.
