Novemer™ EC-2

Hydrogenated Polydecene (and) Lauryl Glucoside (and) Sodium Acrylates/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Crosspolymer. Novemer™ EC-2 by Lubrizol is an easy-to-use, emulsifier and rheology modifier. It is 20% solids, liquid, pre-neutralized polymer dispersed in oil. It effectively emulsifies a broad range of oils, free from HLB constraints, acrylamide and enables formulations that operate at high pH. It enables elegant, stable emulsions containing active ingredients with electrolytes and suspended inorganic pigments. It modifies rheology, stabilizes, emulsifies and co-emulsifies formulations. It offers addition at any stage in either hot or cold processing. Novemer™ EC-2 is used in anti-aging formulas, body lotions/creams/gels, color cosmetics, facial cleansers, wipes, after-shave preparations and eye-, face-, hand-, foot- & sun care products.
