Polyquaternium-53. Merquat™ 2003PR polymer by Lubrizol is a conditioner and foam enhancer. It is a proprietary, non-occlusive, non-paraben, ampholytic terpolymer. It offers ultimate foam stability, color retention & protection after multiple washings and enhanced wet combability & detangling. It improves hair feel, moisture retention, flash foam and makes hair dye formulations smoother and easier to apply. Merquat™ 2003PR polymer is used in shampoos and hair coloring products. It is China compliant-formerly CFDA.
