PEG/PPG-8/3 Laurate. Hydramol™ PGPL ester by Lubrizol is a solubilizer and sensory modifier. It provides excellent clarity in aqueous systems and can be rinsed off easily due to dual solubility. It is effective at mitigating the oiliness of heavy formulations. It offers blooming effect & pigment wetting and delivers emolliency. Hydramol™ PGPL ester is used in facial toners, make up removers, hair detanglers, bath & baby oils and hand sanitizer gels. Also used in body lotions/creams/gels, color cosmetics, facial & hand/foot care products.
