Chembetaine™ C-42 surfactant

Cocamidopropyl Betaine. Chembetaine™ C-42 surfactant by Lubrizol is a thickener and mild amphoteric surfactant. It is coconut oil-derived and offers excellent foam & viscosity building with anionics. It reduces irritation potential of alkyl sulfates and alkyl ether sulfates when used in conjunction with them. Moreover, it is stable in both acidic and alkaline systems. Chembetaine™ C-42 surfactant is used in shampoos, bubble baths, liquid soaps, conditioners, skin-, mild- & intimate cleansers and shaving products.
