Carbopol® Aqua CC polymer

Polyacrylate-1 Crosspolymer. Carbopol® Aqua CC polymer by Lubrizol is a rheology modifier, suspending agent and thickener. It is a hydrophobically-modified polyacrylate crosspolymer. It provides cationic compatibility, smooth flow, shear-thinning rheology, suspension capabilities and high clarity for low pH applications. It offers synergistic thickening with salts and surfactants in emulsion and surfactant-based applications for greater formulating ability. It displays compatibility with anionic, cationic, amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants. Carbopol® Aqua CC polymer finds application in formulating scrubs, hand soap, wipes, intimate cleansers and shaving products. Also used in facial- and lip care products.
