Glycerin (and) Acetum (Vinegar) (and) Aqua (Water) (and) Polygonum Multiflorum Root Extract (and) Chrysanthemum Morifolium Flower Extract (and) Sodium Benzoate (and) Potassium Sorbate. Rice VNGR+® by Lipoid Kosmetik is a multi-functional hair care ingredient. It is an extract from chrysanthemum flowers and polygonum roots with rice vinegar and glycerin, preserved with potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate. Suitable to fight damaged, dull and unruly hair, it helps reduce hair damage, while leaving smooth hair with a stunning shine. It makes hair shine again, and improves its touch and combability. It also conforms to halal requirements, is vegan, non-GMO and does not contain any palm oil or its derivatives. Rice VNGR+® is suitable for all types of hair care formulations. It is COSMOS-approved raw material with 99.55% natural origin.
