Microcrystalline Waxes

Microcristallina Cera. Microcrystalline Waxes by Koster Keunen acts as a wax & consistency factor. It is produced during the petroleum refining process. It is non-toxic & non-irritating to the skin & eyes and free of genetically modified organisms (GMO). It is characterized by the fineness of their crystals. The largest proportions of molecules are branched chain hydrocarbons with some straight chain hydrocarbons present. It is less oily and has higher melting point. Microcrystalline Waxes finds application in formulating cosmetic products.
