Bis-PEG-12 Dimethicone Candelillate. Enhans CY-62 #233 by Koster Keunen acts as a wax and consistency factor, thickener and dispersant. It is a candelilla derivative and is not tested on animals. It can be used to boost SPF values in sunscreens. It improves rheology, water resistance and barrier properties while reducing crystallization. Enhans CY-62 #233 is used in sunscreens and other cosmetic care products. It complies with Kosher regulations. It has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
