Copernicia Cerifera Cera, Beheneth-5 and Ceteareth-20. Carnauba EC-80 #193 by Koster Keunen acts as an emulsifier and wax/ consistency factor. It is a high molecular weight monoester added to the carnauba. It eliminates the graininess and stabilization issues of straight carnauba in an emulsion. It adds film thickness and boosts water resistance. Provides non-greasy and nice slip feel. It is a cost effective raw material that imparts a non-waxy feel when compared with other conventional carnauba wax blends. Carnauba EC-80 #193 is used in formulating sunscreens, skin care, hair care and color cosmetics. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
