D&C Red 40 Lake

Dialuminium tris(2-(2,4,5,7-tetrabromo-6-oxido-3-oxoxanthen-9-yl)-3,4,5,6-tetrachlorobenzoate) (20-24%). D&C Red 40 Lake by Kolortek is an organic pigment. It can be used by itself or to deepen the tone of other colors. It has been filtered of harmful impurities. D&C Red 40 Lake is used for tinting foundations, blushes, eyeshadows, eye liners, lip color and other make-up formulations.
