Acts as a pigment dispersion. Tends to aggregate in formulas. Offers full color development, better stability, improved gloss and ease of use. Suitable to formulate in anhydrous non-volatile and volatile systems lile lipstic, blush and other stick forms. May also be used in Emulsions (w/s, w/o, s/w, o/w) like liquid and cream foundation, cream-to-powder make-ups, lipstick, blush etc. Not suitable for use in eye area.
