Titanium Dioxide (93-97%)(and) Triethoxycaprylylsilane (1-3%) (and) Polyhydroxystearic Acid (0.5-1.5%). RBTD-671-11SP by Kobo Products is a pigment treated with silane and polyhydroxystearic acid (11SP). This treatment allows the pigments and powders to be easily dispersed into esters, mineral oils, and silicone fluids. Due to its hydrophobic and lipophilic properties, a higher pigment loading can be achieved. It also 11SP also offers the ability to make a pressed powder using dimethicone as the sole liquid binder, while providing an ultra creamy feel with excellent spreadability without a glazing effect. RBTD-671-11SP is suggested for use in decorative cosmetics.
