Titanium dioxide ( 94-97 %)and triethoxycaprylylsilane. RBTD-671-11S2 acts as an aesthetic enhancer and dispersant. Surface treated with Kobo's 11S (triethoxy caprylylsilane) treatment which forms a uniform, stable silane coating that greatly improves the dispersibility of powders in silicones, esters and hydrocarbons. RBTD-671-11S2 is white powder, insoluble in water. Applications in decorative cosmetics. Complies with EINECS, AICS, Japan ENCS and Canada DSL Inventory regulations.
