Zinc Oxide (66-70%) (and) C9-12 Alkane (23-27%) (and) Polyglyceryl-2 Dipolyhydroxystearate (3-7%) (and) Triethoxycaprylylsilane (1-3%). NDAD70HP1 by Kobo Products is pigment dispersion. It is a UV attenuated nano ZnO dispersion that serves as a mineral UV filter. It contains volatile non-D5 as a carrier. It has a particle size smaller than 100 nm when measured by light scattering sizing, according to the last Nano Guidance from Cosmetics Europe (Interpretation of the Definition of the Term “Nanomaterial” according to the EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009). It provides best protection against UVA and UVB along with minimal skin whitening. NDAD70HP1 is used in sunscreen products. It is listed with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS and IECSC.
