The microspheres of MSS -500/3N offers a ball-bearing effect which imparts silky texture, soft focus effect, increased pay-off and enhanced slip. MSS -500/3N provides a non-tacky, velvety or powdery after-feel. Insoluble in water and available in the form of spherical shaped white powder. Applications in mascaras and other cosmetic care products. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, ENCS and AICS.
