Mica (81.0-92.0%) and titanium dioxide (8.0-18.0%). KTZ® ULTRA SHIMMER by Kobo acts as a pearlescent pigment. Exhibits intermediate coverage, glistening effect and transparency. Also offers enhancing effects such as depth, dimension, sensual sheen and captivating sparkle. KTZ® ULTRA SHIMMER is a free flowing silver white powder, insoluble in water. Applications in formulating cosmetic products, toiletries, body make-up and sunscreens. It imparts color and visual effects to lip, face, eye and nail products.
