Titanium dioxide (and) Mica (and) Iron oxides (C.I. 77491) (and) Ferric ferrocyanide. KTZ® SLATE by Kobo is a pearlescent pigment. It provides interplay of colors, good luster and coverage. Also offers enhancing effects such as depth, dimension, sensual sheen and captivating sparkle. It imparts color and visual effects to lip, face, eye and nail products. Applications include toiletries, body make-up and sunscreen products. KTZ® SLATE complies with Europe, Australia, Japan and Canada DSL Inventory. The color additive components in this product meet with applicable US FDA and EU Cosmetic Directive specifications and purity criteria.
