Titanium dioxide (and) Mica (and) Ferric ferrocyanide. KTZ® ROYAL BLUE by Kobo is a pearlescent pigment. It provides deep blue color, with blue reflection. Also offers enhancing effects such as depth, dimension, sensual sheen and captivating sparkle. It imparts color and visual effects to lip, face, eye and nail products.
