KTZ® ROUSSILLON SHIMMER-I2 is a free-flowing wine red powder, insoluble in water. Exhibits rich, velvety color play, with sparkle luster and good coverage. Applications in decorative cosmetics. Complies with Europe, Australia, Japan and Canada DSL Inventory.
