Blend of Mica, iron oxides (CI 77491) and titanium dioxide. KTZ® FOLIAGE FLUTTER by Kobo acts as a pearlescent pigment. It provides large interplay of colors, good luster and coverage. Also provides enhancing effects such as depth, dimension, sensual sheen and captivating sparkle. KTZ® FOLIAGE FLUTTER is a free flowing reddish pink pearl powder, reflecting as violet color and insoluble in water.
