KTZ® CANTALOUPE-I2

Mica (42-57%), Titanium Dioxide (26.5-33%), Iron Oxides (CI 77491) (14.5-23.5%) and Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate (1.0-3.0%). KTZ® CANTALOUPE-I2 by Kobo Products acts as a pearl luster pigment. It is a metal oxide coated mica platelets which offers a large interplay of colors, good luster & coverage. It is surface treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate (ITT). The surface treatment decreases surface activity, maximizes water repellency and enhances dispersibility of the pearl in esters, mineral oils and silicone fluids. The finished products allows higher level of pearl to press, better pressability in powders, improved spreading, gloss, adhesion and feel on the skin. It also provides better wear and increased deposition of the finished product on the skin. KTZ® CANTALOUPE-I2 finds application in formulating cosmetic products to impart color and visual effects to lips, face, eyes & nails, as well as toiletries, body makeup and sunscreens. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, AICS and EEC specifications.
