KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL BlueViolet-I2

Synthetic fluorphlogopite (61.5-70.5%), silica (16.5-22.5%), titanium dioxide (8.0-13.5%) and isopropyl titanium triisostearate (1.0-3.0%). KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL BlueViolet-I2 by Kobo acts as a pearlescent pigment and dispersant. Has aesthetic enhancing properties with particle size of 30-120 microns. Demonstrates color travel (predominant color is blue with color travel to violet). Surface treated with Kobo's patented ITT (isopropyl titanium triisostearate) treatment which has good skin affinity due to presence of isostearate surface groups and reduces oil absorption of powders. Has characteristic odor and insoluble in water. Applications in non-greasy cream-to-powders, lipsticks, liquid foundations, eye shadows and sun care formulations. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
