Iron oxides (C.I. 77491) (and) Cyclopentasiloxane (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone (and) Isopropyl Titanium triisostearate (and) Triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone (and) Disteardimonium hectorite (and) Tocopheryl acetate. FAS65RTB by Kobo is a pigment dispersion grade. Offers full color development, better stability, improved gloss and ease of use. It is compatible with castor oil, octyl palmitate, cyclomethicone, dimethicone2, phenyl trimethicone, isododecane and synthetic wax; slightly compatible with polydecene, mineral oil, diisopropyl adiapte and non-compatible with diwater. FAS65RTB is recommended for use in emulsions (e.g. liquid and cream foundation, cream-to-powder make-up, concealer, lipstick, mascara and blush). May also be used in anhydrous formulations (e.g. eyeshadow, lipstick and concealer). Complies with Europe, Australia and Japan chemical inventory.
