DSPCS -I2

Ethylene/methacrylate copolymer (14.3-15.1%), isopropyl titanium triisostearate (1.9-2.1%) and silica (81.3-85.3%). DSPCS -I2 by Kobo possesses texturing and dispersing properties. Offers the best balance of soft focus, lightweight powdery after-feel and high oil absorption capacity. DSPCS -I2 is an odorless white fine powder. Treatment with isopropyl titanium triisostearate (ITT) forms a uniform coating of lipophilic isostearate groups that greatly improves the dispersibility of powders in various organic vehicles. Has good skin affinity. Applications in non-greasy cream-to-powders, lipsticks, liquid foundations, eye shadows and sun care formulations. DSPCS -I2 complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, ENCS and AICS.
