Diisostearyl Malate (88-92%) and Silica (8-12%). DISM10M5 by Kobo Products acts as a viscosity boosting agent in liquid systems, and tend toward shear-thinning behavior. It is a pre-dispersed, homogenized, high purity, easily manageable, dust free, fumed silica gellant. It has an aggregate length of approximately 0.3 microns. Exhibits high surface area, low bulk density and low solids content. Used in lip gloss, lipstick, hot pours, pigment suspensions, emulsions and gels. DISM10M5 meets TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL and AICS regulations.
