Zinc Oxide (46-50%) (and) Dimethicone (38-42%) (and) PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone (8-12%) (and) Hydrogen Dimethicone (1.50-3.50%). DIM2F50MZM by Kobo Products is a volatile Non-D5 carrier with pourable viscosity. It is UV attenuation nano ZnO dispersion which serves as a mineral sun filter. When formulated, it forms aggregates of primary particles. Dry zinc oxide powder meets USP requirements prior to surface treatment. Particle sizes of these ZnO are smaller than 100nm when measured by light scattering sizing, according to the Cosmetics Europe Guidance (Interpretation of the Definition of the Term "Nanomaterial" according to the EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009, May 24, 2019). DIM2F50MZM provides the best protection against UVA and UVB, and minimal whitening to formulators.
