Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate/Triethoxycaprylylsilane Crosspolymer (and) Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891). BTD-TTS2 by Kobo Products is treated pigment. It is a crosspolymer at the surface of the pigment, making it "super-dispersible" in esters, silicones and hydrocarbons. It exhibits excellent hydrophobicity and stability over a wide range of pH. It has better affinity for the skin. BTD-TTS2 is recommended for use in decorative cosmetics.
