Iron Oxide (CI 77491) (95-99%) (and) Dimethicone (2-4%). BRO-DS3 by Kobo Products is dimethicone treated pigment. It has no hydrogen potential and is less hydrophobic. It provides good slip and lubricious feel. BRO-DS3 is recommended for use in w/si emulsions and powders. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
