Iron Oxide (CI 77491) (97.9-98.1%) (and) Triethoxycaprylylsilane (1.9-2.1%). BRO-11S2 by Kobo Products is silicone treated disperse well in cyclomethicones. It exhibits very low surface tension and excellent hydrophobicity. It offers maximum water repellency and is easy to disperse in esters, mineral oils and silicone fluids. It has no residual methanol and zero hydrogen potential. BRO-11S2 is recommended for use in decorative cosmetics. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
