Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate/Triethoxycaprylylsilane Crosspolymer (and) Blue 1 Lake. BLUE 1AL-TTS2 by Kobo Products is a crosspolymer at the surface of the pigment, making it "super-dispersible" in esters, silicones and hydrocarbons. It has excellent hydrophobicity and stability over a wide range of pH. It has better affinity for the skin. BLUE 1AL-TTS2 is recommended for use in decorative cosmetics.
