Blue 1 Lake (99-99.6%) (and) Perfluorooctyl Triethoxysilane (0.4-1.0%). BLUE 1AL S-FS08 by Kobo Products is fluoro silane treated pigment. It provides excellent spreading and adhesion to the skin, which can contribute to long-wear, even in the presence of sebum and water. It can also help to prevent agglomeration of powders in fine lines and wrinkles. BLUE 1AL S-FS08 finds application in formulating color cosmetics, dry water foundations and pressed powders. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, IECSC and AICS.
