Blue 1 Lake (94-98%) (and) Triethoxycaprylylsilane (2-6%). BLUE 1AL-11S4 by Kobo Products is silicone treated pigment disperse well in cyclomethicone. It possesses a very low surface tension and excellent hydrophobicity. It is easy to disperse in esters, mineral oils and silicone fluids. It has zero hydrogen potential and no residual methanol. BLUE 1AL-11S4 finds application in formulating color cosmetics. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, IECSC, PICCS and AICS.
