Iron Oxide (CI 77499) (97.9-98.1%) (and) Triethoxycaprylsilane (1.9-2.1%). BBO-11S2 by Kobo Products is silicone treated pigment disperse well in cyclomethicone. It exhibits very low surface tension and excellent hydrophobicity. It has zero hydrogen potential and no residual methanol. BBO-11S2 is easy to disperse in esters, mineral oils and silicone fluids. It is suitable for use in decorative cosmetics. It complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
