SeraShine® EM 421C

Silicone Quaternium-17, C11-15 Pareth-5 and C11-15 Pareth-9. SeraShine® EM 421C by KCC Beauty acts as a conditioning and protecting agent. It is a non-ionic micro-emulsion of a medium viscosity alkyl quaternary ammonium polydimethylsiloxane, used in clear products. The fine particle size and charged quaternary ammonium silicone provides a high quality conditioning effect. Its low viscosity allows easy blending and pouring. In hair-care products, amodimethicone gives improved substantivity and deposition of silicone. It provides superior wet combing, heat protection and color retention properties. Moreover, it protects damaged hair and improves hair strength. It is MIT- & paraben-free and preserved with phenoxyethanol, decylene glycol and caprylyl glycol. SeraShine® EM 421C finds application in formulating shampoos, conditioners and hair treatment products.
