SeraShine® EM 104

Dimethicone, Laureth-23 and Laureth-3. SeraShine® EM 104 by KCC Beauty acts as a conditioning and protecting agent. It is a non-ionic emulsion of ultra-high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane gum and intermediate molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane fluid. It provides strong conditioning performance with soft, smooth and glossy hair. It improves the wet and dry combing to protect damaged hair. Moreover, it has very fine particle size which provides good stability. SeraShine® EM 104 finds application in formulating shampoos and conditioners.
