Vida-Care PQ-10

Cellulose and hydroxypropyltrimethylamonium chloride copolymer. Vida-Care PQ-10 by KCC Basildon (Momentive) acts as an anti-static agent and conditioner. It has medium molecular weight and low charge density to allow maximum formulation flexibility. It offers volumizing benefits to straight hair and smoothing benefits to curly hair. Moreover, delivers excellent humidity resistance and controlled deposition of actives from rinse-off formulations. In skin care formulations, it delivers a smooth, velvety and non-oily feel. It can be used to formulate shampoos, leave-on and rinse conditioners, styling mousse, glaze, lotion, body-wash, shaving products, baby-care products, cleansing wipes and mascara. Vida-Care PQ-10 complies with Cosmetics Regulation [EC] No1223/2009.
