Vida-Care HPCG

Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. Vida-Care HPCG by KCC Basildon (Momentive) acts as a rheology controller, lubricant, foaming agent and conditioning agent. It is produced from Guar gum. The cationic functionality is added to provide substantivity to skin and hair. Hydroxypropyl functionality allows for clear aqueous solutions and improved surfactant compatibility. It delivers key benefits for formulators and consumers such as rich and creamy foam, enhanced skin/hair feel, boosts active delivery, wet and dry combability and suitable for transparent formulations. It has a moderate aqueous viscosity and excellent compatibility with anionic and amphoteric systems. It finds application in formulating shampoo, hair & body shampoo, shower gel, body wash, bar and liquid soaps. Vida-Care HPCG complies with Cosmetics Regulation [EC] No1223/2009.
