SeraSol® EL 92

Dimethicone and Dimethicone/PEG-10/15 Crosspolymer. SeraSol® EL 92 by KCC Beauty acts as an emulsifier, surfactant and anti-frizz agent. It is PEG-modified, self-emulsifying and crosslinked silicone elastomer surfactant. It is swollen in 6cS dimethicone fluid and produces unique W/Si emulsions. Moreover, it is capable of making highly stable micelle structure with no additional emulsifiers. It is designed for fast breaking water-drop like cream and serum formulations. It enhances light & non-greasy skin feel, spreadability, absorption and soft-focus effect of the finished product. It is cold processable and can form transparent emulsion serums. SeraSol® EL 92 finds application in formulating color cosmetics and skin-, sun- and hair-care products.
