C12-14 sec-Pareth-7 and Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. SeraSilk® EM 602 by KCC Beauty acts as a strong mattifying and conditioning agent. It is a non-ionic emulsion of vinyl dimethicone elastomer powder. It enhances spreadability, reduces wet combing and exhibits soft-focus effect of the finished product. It has sebum absorption property which offers a matte, light, silky, smooth and non-greasy appearance. Moreover, it provides ease of processing and reduces shine on the skin. SeraSilk® EM 602 finds application in formulating color cosmetics, skin-care and hair-care products.
